this has to be one of the most visually exciting antiques markets i've been to. clustered around the piazza grande in the centre of arezzo are little antique shops with museum-quality furniture and curious artefacts. and once a month the fiera antiquaria turns the piazza into a vast showroom of everything from vintage vespas to fragments of fresco. needless to say, i was in heaven!
